Card authenticity & condition
All cards sold by Getthosemons are genuine. We do not sell or accept counterfeit cards—ever.
Unless otherwise noted, cards are reviewed and meet our “Freshly Pulled” / “Near Mint” standard. Please note that perfect centring isn’t guaranteed. Any obvious misprints will be clearly listed in the product description.
Shipping
We currently ship within New Zealand and to Australia.
All items shown as In Stock are on hand in Auckland, New Zealand.
Orders placed before 7:30 pm (NZT) are dispatched the next business day via New Zealand Post. You’ll receive an automated email with tracking once your order is processed.
How we pack
We pack your order with the same care we’d want for our own cards. Depending on the order, we use combinations of:
· Card sleeves, team bags and top loaders
· Painter’s tape, extra cardboard and bubble mailers
· Bubble-wrap and appropriately sized cartons for larger orders
We’re proud of our packing standards—they’re a big reason customers come back.
Returns & issues
Ordered the wrong item?
Let us know immediately. If your order hasn’t shipped, we’ll amend or refund it.
Arrived damaged?
Please contact us as soon as possible. While Getthosemons isn’t responsible for postal/courier damage, we’ll do our best to help.
Change of mind
Once an order has shipped, we don’t accept returns or refunds for change of mind.
Didn’t receive your parcel?
- If your order hasn’t arrived, please notify us within 10 business days of shipment so we can investigate.
- If tracking shows Delivered, any “not received” claims must be lodged within 5 business days of the courier’s delivery confirmation. After that window, we’re unable to refund or replace.
Sealed products
Manufacturer misprints inside sealed products are outside our control; Getthosemons is not responsible for misprinted cards pulled from sealed items.
