Why Getthosemons?
We care… a lot! Getthosemons started off with a simple mission back in 2021 – be a reliable and trusted source for Kiwis. Thanks to that trust and continued support over the years, we’ve been fortunate enough to keep growing and now also open our virtual doors to Australia.
What do you sell?
We’re known mostly for our singles offerings for Digimon Card Game, Gundam Card Game, One Piece Card Game and Pokemon Trading Card Game, but also offer a wide range of sealed products across those games and accessories/supplies also!
Why only those franchises?
They’re the games and brands we grew up loving – and still do! We only sell the brands and products we’d happily buy ourselves. Passion over pure profit.
Do you charge GST?
Yes, we’re GST-registered. All prices displayed in store are GST inclusive, so you can be assured that the price you’ll see is the price you’ll pay. No surprises!
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, but only Singles to Australia, Singapore and UK.
Where are you based?
We’re in Auckland, New Zealand. All in-stock items are stored locally and dispatched next business day. The only exception to this is for pre-order products releasing at a future date.
How are singles packaged?
With collector-level care. Depending on the order, we use sleeves, team bags, top loaders, painter’s tape, extra cardboard, and bubble mailers.
Our packing standards are a big reason customers come back.
How are larger products packaged?
Larger orders are bubble-wrapped and packed in appropriately sized cartons to keep everything safe in transit.
When do you ship orders?
Orders placed before 7:30 pm (NZT) ship next business day via New Zealand Post. You’ll receive an email with tracking once processed.
Do you allow pickups?
At this stage, we operate as an online-only store and do not offer pickups. All orders are shipped directly to customers to ensure a consistent and efficient service experience.
Can I combine multiple orders into one shipment?
Yes! If you place another order before your first order has been shipped, you can combine them.
On the cart page, simply tick the “Combine with existing order” option and enter your original order number so we can match them correctly.
I placed multiple orders and paid for shipping more than once — what happens?
No problem at all! We check all orders before processing. If we spot multiple orders going to the same customer that can be combined, we’ll automatically refund any extra shipping paid as store credit.
You’ll receive an email confirmation once this has been processed.
I noticed your prices have changed — what’s going on?
We use dynamic pricing for our singles, meaning prices automatically adjust based on the current market. This ensures you’re always seeing up-to-date, fair pricing rather than outdated or inflated prices.
