After a recent Shopify update to the way shipping options work at checkout, we noticed it created some issues for customers wanting to combine orders.

Because of this, we’ve introduced a new and improved way to combine orders directly from the cart page.

This keeps things simple for everyone and ensures orders are combined correctly without delays.

How to Combine Orders

If you already have an existing order that has not yet shipped, you can combine a new order with it by following these steps.

Step 1

Add the cards or products you want to purchase to your cart.

Step 2

On the cart page, tick the option:

“Combine with existing order”

Step 3

Enter the order number of your previous order in the field provided.

Step 4

Proceed to checkout.

You will now see the shipping option:

“Ship with Existing Unshipped Order”

Select this option and complete checkout as normal.

Important Notes

• Only use this option if your earlier order has not shipped yet.
• Please make sure you enter the correct order number.
• If the previous order has already been shipped, we will not be able to combine them.
