Shipping & Returns

All cards offered by Getthosemons have been carefully verified as legitimate cards. Under no circumstances will we sell or accept fake cards.

Although all cards have been reviewed and are at a standard we consider "Freshly Pulled" and "Near Mint", we cannot guarantee and don't promise that every card will have perfect centering. Any obvious misprinted cards will be clearly advertised as being so.

Shipping

Currently shipping is only available domestically within New Zealand. We do not offer shipping to Australia or anywhere else internationally.

All products available for purchase and shown as In Stock are stored and sent next business day from Auckland, New Zealand.

We take the highest of care when shipping your order, no matter the size or cost. We pack our cards and products to the standard we’d want products received if we were purchasing ourselves.

Expect additional cardboard, bubble mailers and wrapping, painters’ tape as well as sleeves, team bags and top loaders to be used in ensuring your beloved cards get to you in the safest care possible. Our packing standards is something we pride ourselves on and consider it to the biggest reason our customers return for more.

All larger orders are carefully bubble-wrapped and packaged in suitable sized cardboard boxing to ensure safe delivery.

All orders made before 7:30PM are shipped via New Zealand Post on the next business day. You will receive an automated email with tracking details when your order has been processed.

Returns

If any item has been incorrectly purchased, please let us know immediately so this can be amended and refunded before items have been shipped out.

Please contact us immediately if there are any damaged items received. Although Getthosemons isn’t responsible for any postage related damages, we’ll try our best to help in any way possible!

Getthosemons will not accept refunds or returns if item has been already shipped out and reasoning is due to change of mind.

Please notify Getthosemons within 10 business days of shipment if order has not been received. We will be happy to assist with investigating on your behalf. We will not provide refunds or replace sent goods if you notify GetthosemonsNZ outside of 5 business days from when courier confirmed successful delivery and your reason is for stating delivery never arrived.

Getthosemons are not responsible for any misprinted cards in sealed products purchased.
